Monthly Rentals in Dayton

This was our third and longest stay at Ram's beautiful house. We were here to work on a property clean up and hold a memorial and it was so nice to come "home" at night. The house is nicely stocked so we are able to cook meals instead of eat out every day. Due to us doing a clean up, we had to use the washer and dryer every day and it was so nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes. It was super relaxing every evening where we could unwind after a whirlwind of a day and we were able to have family over for a nice breakfast around a very nice dining table. The house is warm and welcoming and I highly recommend staying here if you have to stay in Dayton. The location is perfect access to everything. The neighbors are friendly and it's great to see kids out riding dirt bikes and having fun.

Lola’s Little House is the place to stay! We booked a 6-week stay before moving to the local area as full-time residents; this private little house was just what we needed. Lola’s Little House was wonderfully spotless, comfortable, and an incredibly dog-friendly space - our pups were even treated to toys and treats! Tracy and Tim went above and beyond with recommendations, and assistance. The hiking trails nearby were a fantastic amenity for us and dogs with absolutely beautiful views of the mountains. I highly recommend this clean, comfortable, and pet-welcoming Airbnb to any visitors in the Carson Valley, and it's close to Lake Tahoe!

Sean's place was exactly what my family and I needed for our trip to Virginia City! His place is much bigger than the photos show and the bathroom is huge! We would absolutely come back to stay next time we come to visit. His place is also a very short 7 minute drive to VC. Prime spot if you want to see some history and visit Tahoe. Had a great stay at this house extremely clean and very well managed. Backyard had a bit of clutter and stuff stacked in the back like pots and pans. Great large fenced yard for dogs no grass though just rocks. A couple rooms were marked “off limits” like garage, master closet, and one bedroom. Kitchen had nowhere to really store anything besides fridge. It’s clear these people live here full time and Airbnb the place out. We did enjoy our stay overall.
