My family and I loved staying at Polly’s house! Polly was very responsive and kind. We are very happy that she shared her home with us!

This was our second time staying and it’s perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable and the space is very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back for the same event next year.

Love this little spot when we come into Ohio,the host are great, the house feels like home, and always a beautiful view. Everything is within mins to access!

Great house; clean with many little amenities to make the stay comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was great walking our dog every day through the neighborhood. Location was perfect. Within 5-10 minutes to so many shops and restaurants. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking for a convenient comfortable stay in Dayton.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had SUCH a wonderful stay at Ciara's home, we can't thank her enough for everything. The home was perfect, it was exactly as it described in the listing. It was extremely spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Ciara was very communicative and responded quickly to messages and she provided great information about the local area and things to do/eat and was super close to everything in the area. The neighborhood was very chill and the we made great friends with the neighbors (also hosted by Ciara). We absolutely loved staying here and we hope we can do so again on our future annual trips to Dayton! Thanks again so much to Ciara for everything, this was a wonderful experience!

Our stay was comfortable even with 2 families. It is close to necessary shopping, and less than 20 minutes from the Dayton Convention Center where we attended the TTD Homeschool Conference.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend vacation with friends and their family members . This property can easily accommodate 12+ persons. kitchen fully loaded with utensils and plates etc. Highly recommended.

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Thank you Kathy and Leo for an awesome stay at your camper! It was a great location to the Springfield Antique and Flea Market, which is why I traveled to Ohio. Lots of amenities associated with the campground and lots of things to do and see in the area. It was comfortable and everything is there inside you could ever possibly need for a stay. I enjoyed stay and will keep the location in mind for next year's trip!

Beautiful setting and adorable space!

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

We have stated here multiple times while in Dayton. We love the bungalow, the South Park neighborhood and David’s hospitality. The kitchen is well stocked so it’s easy to cook in.

This home was a nice home away from home. We had a very pleasant stay here. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Cute little cottage perfect for Miami mom’s weekend. Just a quick Uber trip away from campus. Hosts were great with communication. Cottage was very clean and spacious.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

Great place from start to finish. Katie was very responsive when we were inquiring about the place. Booking was smooth. The stay itself was nice. Good neighborhood, clean spaces, and all the essentials for cooking, showering and sleeping. It was an odd weekend for weather, and with impending thunderstorms, Katie came down with candles in case the power went out. It was a nice gesture. Luckily we didn’t have to use them, but they were there in case. The neighborhood is nice as well. Within 10 minute drive of plenty of restaurants/groceries/strip malls. Same with some attractions like the Air Force Museum and UD Arena. Overall, I would be comfortable staying again if I needed!
