Vacation rentals with a patio in Daytona Beach

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

We only stayed here one night for a friend’s wedding but could definitely see it being a weekend or week vacation home easy! Carla was an amazing host accommodating to our every need with no hesitation. Place was extremely clean and felt like a tropical spot. Would recommend!

Lovis was an excellent host! My family and I arrived at the Airbnb quite late, but Lovis was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication with us throughout. We truly appreciate the hospitality—thank you again, Lovis!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

William’s place was perfect for us! It was a safe neighborhood, secure home, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to get started. William is extremely responsive and helpful as needed, while also honoring privacy. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay at beach break! The backyard was so peaceful and the beach was close enough to walk to. We rode our bikes to several places in town and enjoyed the local restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the town of St Augustine to check out the local history. It was only a 10 minute drive.

We had a fantastic time here. It was quiet, a wonderful neighborhood to go for a walk along the river and so peaceful. Our golden retriever had the best time also especially having her own fenced in yard. We will definitely be back!!

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

So happy we found this place! The perfect getaway and close to the beach. Kitchen was above my expectations. Plenty of seating whether unwinding in front of the couch, eating or playing games at the long table. Two bedrooms have a balcony that is great for morning coffee. One thing I was concerned about was the comfort of the beds while having a bad back. Not the case here. The beds were so comfortable - even the queen bunk! My 6’ tall daughter was able to stretch and slept like a baby! We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place and any place they own as both Alejandro and Shaiffu were super attentive.

Our stay was short but enjoyed every minute of it. We were very comfortable and the location is convenient to center downtown Mt. Dora.

This house is Beautiful. It has plenty of room if you want to have guests over . Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds. All the amenities you could need on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Eileen was an attentive host and answered my questions very quickly.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach was a short walk and the walk to the very nice pool was even shorter. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. If anyone has ever vacationed at the beach with kids you know how overwhelming it can be. Between toys, towels, lugging everything up and down the beach, etc. Our stay made that so much easier. We’ve stayed at beach condos before and while they offer “toys and chairs” it’s maybe just one or two things. Not where. We brought our own chairs and toys in case the “toys and chairs” provided are what we’ve had from past experiences but with this place. We honestly could have just came with the clothes in our bags. The house was lived in which we loved. Sometimes when you go to Airbnbs it feels like a museum. Not this place. Had quite the amount of storage for such a small place. The kitchen was very well stocked with things to cook with. I am already booking our trip next year as we would love to come back. The only thing I could probably say as a downside is the upstairs master bedroom does get a little warm despite downstairs being so cold.

The condo is clean and nicely furnished. We stayed for eight weeks and were very comfortable. It is also nice to have beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment available. The location of the condo community is very good. Easy in and out, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. We also appreciated the heated pool and car wash station in the condo community. We would definitely stay again.
