Joanna’s place is great! Exactly as pictured- very clean and Joanna responds right away if need something. Pool was perfect for teenage kids- and had a great pool day when beaches were red flagged. Has everything that need!! Kids enjoyed taking a bike ride together. Definitely would stay here again!!

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It’s within walking distance to everything: the boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon, shops, and plenty of food options, which made it super convenient. Parking was just as described in the listing, so definitely keep that in mind if on-site parking is important to you—it may not be ideal in that case. The only small downside was that the grounds could have been a bit tidier, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d absolutely stay here again for the location and convenience alone.

This cute apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the ocean, it is quiet, and surprisingly larger than what I expected. It is a peaceful retreat, with access to much of what makes New Smyrna Beach such an enjoyable destination.

This was my second time staying at the beach house and it was once again an amazing stay! Great location right on the beach with all the bars and restaurants only a 7 minute walk down the sand. Love it here!

Wonderful little place to stay close to the beach perfect for 2. Marj was a great host you can tell she put a lot of thought and little details into her studio style apartment. Nice place to sit in the morning and have your coffee, one morning we saw an osprey. Plenty of things to do in and around NSB. Marj even put together a little book of restaurants and things. If I was ever in the area I would probably stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication throughout the trip seamless and effortless. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Great condo. Lots of extras including kitchen utensils/spices, etc. Lots of beach supplies. Great location. Pool was great. Hope to be able to stay there again!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.
