Secluded on the side of park Zeebos, in the middle of nature, quiet and yet close to everything. Bredene is the only coastal municipality where the dunes are undisturbed by a seawall, sliding into the fine sandy beach. The park offers a swimming pool (open from July 1 to August 31) and a brand-new children's playground.

It is a duplex apartment with the living area downstairs (dining and sitting area) and the 3 bedrooms (2 queen- size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). There is a toilet on each floor. The separate kitchen contains all modern conveniences.
