Wonderful stay for a relaxed girlfriend weekend. Beautiful views and everything available in terms of kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. Many hiking opportunities nearby.

Lammert and Corina and fantastic hosts, they were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The cabin is in a perfect location, overlooking fields and the canal but also walking distance into the town. We felt so relaxed there and would love to come back one day!

Nynke's place is an ideal setting for a peaceful get-away. It can also serve as a base for an invigorating exploration of the Nationaal Park de Alde Feanen surrounding Earnewâld. We enjoyed bicycling and kayaking around the park. It was great to have the bikes and kayaks available right by the unit. The apartment is beautifully updated, and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The apartment is situated right on a canal in a small, charming Friesian village with great restaurants. The waterfront location was delightful. Nynke responded in a helpful, friendly way to all our questions and needs. She and her family treated us like family. We felt right at home. We look forward to our next visit!

A very nice compact, clean and comfortable cottage. Nice beds, good sofa, nice spacious shower and the kitchen has everything you need. Sybren is a top host, tea and coffee were ready and eggs in the fridge, you can also feed the chickens yourself. Beautiful surroundings to relax, cycle or walk or read a book. We would have liked to stay longer! Beautiful nature in the area for walking. We found Drachten a bit disappointing but recommend Beetsterzwaag for a visit!
