Our bright basement apartment - with large window front facing south - was lovingly renovated by us, is equipped with high quality and is inviting for relaxation. Sindelfingen and Böblingen can be reached in a few minutes. The Mercedes factory is less than 5 minutes away by car. Stuttgart, the Black Forest and the Schönbuch Nature Park are 30 minutes away by car and are always worth a trip. We look forward to seeing you!

The apartment was renovated in 2018 and has two rooms (35 m² in total). It is ideal for two people, but can also be used by three or four people. The path to the bathroom leads through the bedroom.
