A Great and aafe place to stay

Outstanding visit. Recommended to all Guests

For the price I cannot complain. There were some shortages in the kitchen items but reached out to the host and I am sure they will try to get them covered for the next guests. internet was great (I work in IT and had no issues connecting remotely 9 hours). electricity went out 2 times while a 3 day stay but the back generator kick up in 2 mins after each outage. so no complains. Great Hot water as described in the listing. gas geyser 6am to 9/10pm. no parking included and don't think I would park my car on the street overnight. The host was willing to accommodate parking in the building for a daily fees. The apartment is not a new construction which can be noticed but the effort to keep it up with time was noticeable. The building front appearance and entrance was nice.. but the surrounding were not so much. not so quite neighborhood as it is in/near the main city/downtown center location 12 mins from tariq road and sadar main bazar.

Great property, very clean, and a really convenient location. We booked it for a 2 day stopover but would definitely book it again the next time we are here. Has all the amenities needed for a family coming from abroad. The food street in the neighborhood and the massage chair in the apartment are a big plus.

I had a great time staying at this airbnb. It is located very close to Shahrah-e-Faisal, which is the main road connecting everything in Karachi. The neighborhood felt very safe. The airbnb is decorated beautifully. You can spend hours admiring the paintings and the furniture that is used to decorate the room. The host and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. They would often invite me for lunch and I had some great conversations with the family. I could request their household help to cook food for me or wash my laundry. Given that I was staying over for a long time, this was a huge plus as I was made to feel completely at home. The dogs are adorable and super friendly. They would spend time with me in the room which was great. This airbnb is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a homely, peaceful and safe experience in Karachi. I would recommend visiting this place.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment! The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the owner even provided electric appliances, ensuring that we could still cook and use the kitchen when there was no gas available. The hot water tank, which ran on both electric and gas, provided us with hot water at all times. The air conditioning units were powerful enough to make us forget about the scorching weather outside, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. What impressed me the most was the presence of a standby generator in the building, which meant we never experienced any power outages from the city. The 24-hour security in the building was also a great feature that made us feel safe and secure at all times. Additionally, the location of the house was perfect. It was centrally located in Clifton, within close proximity to all the fantastic restaurants, beautiful beaches, and shopping malls. This made exploring the area and enjoying the local

The host was extremely responsive, answering all our questions promptly, and the communication was seamless. The place was very clean and comfortable, just as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Tania's apartment was a god send for us when were trying to find a suitable and secure location for us on a last minute trip to Karachi. She was very accommodating and flexible and prompt in her communications to us. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location and had all the amenities of a home away from home. The best thing was that my mom did not had to climb up any stairs. Her family in Karachi was also great in coordinating our check-in and check-out. Thank you Tania for being a great host. You now have a repeat customer.

I stayed with my family. The decor was warm and good. The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect as its close to super highway and university road. All good restaurants are nearby. A big thank you to sikandar for being very hospitable. Definitely coming back for another stay.

Overall, our stay was good and the apartment was comfortable. The only improvement required was cleanliness, which needed to be improved from scratch. I will be returning again to same place, because it is promised to me that for my next visit the apartment will be cleaned thoroughly Thank you

I had a perfect and relaxing stay at Syed's place. He was always very responsive to my texts and the caretaker (Mr.Murad) was very friendly too. He carried all of our stuff to the apartment and was at my beck and call always. Would definitely recommend everyone to give this place a try when staying in Karachi. Overall 10/10 experience. Much appreciated Mr Syed!
