our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

When we arrived, we instantly regretted only being able to stay one night. The flat was so beautifully curated, and would have had everything we needed should we stayed longer. Buddhika met us and showed us around, which was really kind considering we were only staying one night. The roof top pool is amazing and was such a treat to relax after a long drive before a long flight the next day. Buddhika also helped us with transport to the airport early the next morning. If we visit Sri Lanka again, we will absolutely be looking to stay again. A haven in the city, cant recommend this place enough.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were

Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

Très agréable séjour chez Chana ! Le logement est tellement beau que vous vous y sentez très vite à l’aise. Fidèle aux photos et offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires, le studio permettait de faire le plein d’énergie. My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

We will definitely stay with Shyamala again. We recommend her place to anyone who travels to Colombo. It’s very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to a fantastic shopping centre that has everything you need. The apartment is fully furnished and plenty of room. Courtesy ride to and from shops, gym or join several fitness classes as I did at the club house. Shyamala was very responsive to any of our messages no matter the time of the day and she always checked up on us if we were ok. It my first trip to Colombo but we pick the right place to stayed that felt like home. Thank you for having us and hope to stay with you sometime in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience staying with the hosts Dr Nadara and Ira at Dehiwala, in Sri Lanka. They provided a spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities, including a large bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness was maintained weekly by a cleaner with Ira and fresh linen and towels were provided. In time to time the hosts offered me delicious homemade food, making me feel like I am staying with my relatives. Narada and Ira were very friendly and they are extra super hosts. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and various food outlets. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming stay, making I want to return to this accommodation whenever I visit Sri Lanka. The location of Narada’s and Ira’s apartment is quite convenient for exploring Colombo. It is situated between Gall Road and Marine Drive, which are major thoroughfares in Colombo. Being close to Colombo City makes it an ideal base for exploring.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.
