My stay at this Airbnb was the total difference on this trip. Adriana is an incredibly generous and attentive host, not only warmly welcomed me, but she showed great empathy and support in a trip and difficult time for me. The level of kindness and hospitality shown made me feel really accompanied by a friend. Their willingness to provide exceptional support including my pet, really made a difference. The apartment is as shown in the images, it is clean, spacious, well located, in a quiet and guarded building, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I deeply appreciate your kindness. Definitely a memorable experience.

Beautiful area full of culture

Just spent one night before flight out of CDMX. Much preferred to a hotel. Space to spread out and have a snack and breakfast. Lovely clean modern apartment. 24 hour concierge. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Near Zocalo and Bellas Artes. Busy interesting area. Would return.

We had a great time. Everything as described and clean. Perfect location. Very friendly owner.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

The apartment of Arturo is located in a quite quiet area, very well connected in both exits of the unit since there are metro stations nearby and stops of different transports that connect you to several points of the city, it has several shops, shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby and within the unit. The service was very good from before arriving and leaving the apartment. It has the amenities you need for a quiet stay. It has nice views towards CU and the south of the city. My family and I enjoyed it quite a bit, we would definitely come back.

A great place to stay, walking distance to different food options. The place was clean and spacious, and they answered all my questions. Parking is tight but very convenient and accessible. The WiFi connection was not great but i loved everything else. I will come back if im in the area.

Why book a rooftop restaurant when you can enjoy the incredible views of this apartment all day and night? We booked for my sister's 40th, and this place was beyond perfect. The balcony, view of the park/castle, and sunsets were extraordinary. Although the place is on a busy street, if you just turn right out of the building as a pedestrian, there is a whole neighborhood of peace, plants, good food, and art/street vendor culture. The three beds were comfortable, with the two full bathrooms and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great location, steps from Reforma. We went for a process at the embassy and took the opportunity to do tourism. The apartment is comfortable, clean (impeccable!), well decorated, with a balance between the modern and the artistic that makes it feel at home. It has everything - just unpack, you fill the cooler and you're all set. Everything worked perfect: water, WiFi, kitchen, lighting. Hector was a great host, attentive and flexible with early check-in. The lobby staff was very friendly, they helped us with orders and accesses. The area is safe and well connected. Only detail: The building has thin walls and noise is heard from pets and neighbors, something outside of the host's control. Even so, we left with a great experience and would definitely come back. Recommended if you are looking for location, comfort and excellent service. Thank you, Hector, for your hospitality. You can tell when everything is done with care. Highly recommended.

Great view of Chapultepec park and the city to the west. We spent lots of evening time on the roof admiring the city lights. KiKi’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and modern with a friendly and welcoming building staff. Our favorite walk was down Avenida Mazatlán toward the heart of the Condesa neighborhood with its many delicious restaurants, surprisingly quiet streets, and corner street food stands.

Highly recommended , very comfortable with easy access and location, the area is quiet and there are many food businesses around, the terrace of the place is magnificent and the gym is in excellent condition , I would wash it again without hesitation.

We loved staying at Mario’s place! It was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located.. we were able to walk everywhere. Mario was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I'll start off by saying, I paid for the view and I GOT THE VIEW! I can't imagine any other place in Mexico City having a better view than this one! Location is great - tons of stores, restaurants and bars right down stairs. 2 bathrooms - 2 TVs - very convenient all around. Lastly, Jose is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating. I had a personal emergency and he went out of his way to try and remedy the situation. Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommended!!!!. Angel and his wife were on the lookout all the time, even calling if necessary, they didn't take anything to respond, which we really appreciate why he gave us more security. Located very close to the metro and the GNP stadium, it was ideal for walking and going to the GNP stadium without spending a lot on transportation (we were walking) The place is quite private and safe. We went down the street from the gas station, by the pedestrian bridge, so it's easier to get to the stadium and it's quite busy ;). The place is as it is in the photos, and they give you many amenities and facilities, you will not miss anything. I would definitely stay here again. Just to consider: It's on a fifth floor, you go up stairs. There is no fan but you won't be hot, opening the windows we had to tuck up. It was a very pleasant experience, and we didn't have any problems, definitely don't hesitate to choose this place.

Everything is fine.. attentive and the place is very safe and quiet. Only the neighbors above could hear their footsteps if it touches you down is what you are going to suffer the upstairs neighbor hehe, from all the other good

It is a great option to get to CDMX, especially because of its proximity to the airport. The accommodation was spotless, with the necessary amenities that make you feel right at home. I recommend it 100% for price, location and accessibility. Also, Claudia was always friendly and with clear instructions. I will stay with her again!

Exelente location, easy arrival, shopping areas and nearby market, quiet colony, pleasant stay, the host is very friendly and helpful.

More positive things: - Close to neighborhoods with things to do, such as Roma Norte or the Historic Center. - Great view. - Comfortable bed - Clean and pleasant apartment in grales features. - Flexible to check in earlier, or change checkout day for a few days later. Not so positive things: - While the host worked out a few things, such as checking in earlier, they did so with very inflexible conditions, causing one to change some plans to come in an overly strict time. Maybe there were other solutions, like leaving the suitcase with someone security in the building. - Too much light permeates the curtain in the room It wakes you up too early. - The host was slow to respond, and promised to get an iron that he then did not bring. - As other comments say, the dining chairs are somewhat broken. In grales: the value for money is not bad. You can walk at night but it is a very desolate area and with few places to eat.

A piece of serenity amid a busy city, you will feel right at home. Mauricio was kind and helpful. His cozy place helped me sleep well and had all the amenities for a long/short stay. The position of the desk was perfect for bird watch too.
