Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a pretty chalet, ideally located, a stone's throw from the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Passy is a 10-minute bike ride away, the first ski resort is a 20-minute drive (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes away. The studio has a small equipped but sketchy kitchenette, a separate entrance, a work desk and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Comfortable studio, renovated bed, unobstructed view.

I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

Private ski locker for your equipment. The apartment has just been completely renovated. It is fully equipped. You just have to put down your bags and relax. On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

New studio from 2017. It is equipped with a large kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet. You can also enjoy the terrace with plancha, deckchair... Rental with linens (duvets, pillows, duvet cover and towels) the studio is located in the center of the resort, close to the ski bus stop and shops. we don't accept our animal friends.

Apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor of our house. Refurbished, it is functional and bright. The entrance to the accommodation is private with an outdoor dining area. It is located on Passy not far from different interests (Chamonix, Megève, Combloux, Thermes de Saint Gervais...)
