There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

Parking is available on private, enclosed property, and bicycles can be stored inside.

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Riverside accommodation De Vink near Amsterdam

De Vink is a national monument with a very unique free location directly on the river. In a rural area, but a stone's throw from Amsterdam. The old drive-through barn has been converted into an independent residence with its own entrance. The upstairs double room has a very large bath with a view over the river. The downstairs room is a single room. Both with private bathroom. A nice hide-away with exceptional beautiful views.

Nalu Sea Lodge is in a great location, just 10 steps away from the beach. The Lodge has everything to make you feel at home. The living area on the first floor is furnished as a studio, with a sleeping, living and kitchen area. You have access to the sunny balcony from the living area through the French doors. On the first floor is the entrance, bathroom and toilet. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

From spring, you can explore the picturesque waterways by boat or on a SUP board.* The house is connected to the Grote Vliet, a popular water sports and fishing location. Busy You @ Sea is a fully renovated studio, open since March 2024. One minute walk from the dunes. The beach and city center are also within walking distance. The place to relax and unwind! The cozy studio with its own entrance (29 m2, open space) is located in the basement and equipped with every comfort. French doors give access to your private terrace, overlooking the (partially fenced) garden.

@Noordwijk aan Zee - Luxury studio by the sea

My B&B is located 300 m from the beach and 50 m from the shopping street. The compact studio has all the comforts you might want on your holiday. A bedroom with a lovely double bed. A nice bathroom with toiletries and hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer.
