Welkom ook in ons oude boerenhuis, waarvan een gedeelte van de voormalige stal omgetoverd is tot een sfeervolle B&B. Bijzonder ingericht met veel kunst aan de muur en een goedgevulde boekenkast. Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte. Ontbijt inbegrepen.

This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Our beach has many beautiful, fun and cozy beach bars with incredibly delicious food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
