a very friendly host, who runs a stay in Den Burgh right in the cozy village and yet nice and quiet. Great beds and nice bathroom. You can park your car within walking distance, and bike rental is nearby. Cozy shopping streets with terraces and restaurants

We enjoyed staying at Annette's "Molenkrocht" very much. Communication was reliable, timely and friendly. At check-in, we were personally welcomed and Annette explained to us what to consider. In the accommodation, we found everything we needed for a few days. In addition, the place is clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. We enjoyed the loving and more than sufficient breakfast every morning. The fridge was well-stocked, rolls and various additions provided variety. Coffee and tea were available and could be prepared at any time. The used dishes were simply returned to Annette. A really great service. Thank you for everything. We were more than satisfied and would book Annette's Molenkrocht again at any time.

Our 4th beautiful holiday in Egmond aan Zee! This cute place offers so much: a beautiful, endless sandy beach with great dune landscapes, a long shopping street with varied shops and boutiques, proximity to Alkmaar and Amsterdam and a friendly flair. We immediately felt comfortable in the cottage. Everything is furnished with love for detail. The shower is brand new. Basic amenities are available in the kitchen. Communication with Tanja was very helpful and nice. Walking in a maximum of 5 minutes you are at the supermarket (beginning of the shopping street) and in 10-15 minutes at the main beach. We will be happy to come back!

We booked a few days with Fam. de Vries at short notice and it was a wonderful stay. Mr. de Vries welcomed us super friendly because the place was a little hidden and we did not find it ourselves. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The location to the beach is GREAT, really just 3 min. And the beach is fantastic. You can walk there for hours on the beach. It is also only a few minutes on foot to the center. However, we particularly liked that the accommodation is not directly in the center, but on the edge of the nature reserve. Therefore, it was very pleasantly quiet there. We really only recommend the place and the de Vries family as hosts were just great and deserve 3 stars PLUS :-)

We immediately felt at home, a warm welcome, cozy and authentic stay. The beds are great and being able to sit outside after a wonderful day away is great. in short....we will definitely come back!!!

The apartment was very well located and only a few minutes to the beach. And liked it very much and we will be happy to come back. It was also quietly located with a small lake right in front of the house.

What a wonderful stay with Annelies and Jake, what a beautiful b&b, everything was correct, a nice place that has been given a lot of care and attention. We lacked nothing, lovely beds, nice bedding, nice shower. The outdoor space is fantastic, I was together with my 11-year-old daughter who preferred “at home”, and we did that, did some groceries ourselves and ate delicious outside with a beautiful view! The breakfast is also delicious, so much so we could also have lunch from it, what a service! The contact with Annelies was very pleasant. There are games and cards from Texel, we have enjoyed! Our stay in this beautiful apartment was truly delightful. The entire place is thoughtfully and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and provides everything one might need. We felt comfortable and welcome from the very beginning and will certainly return.

Wow, what a lovely cottage. I have never stayed in a place where I had all the comforts. You couldn't think of it so crazy or it was there. And also very nicely decorated and a wonderful bed. Really enjoyed our few days here!
