A sumptuous 3 bedroomed house nestled down a very quiet country lane. With amazing views of unspoilt countryside. In spring 2021 we are adding a flagged outside seating area with pergola and barbecue. The master bedroom has an egg bath overlooking the view and a terrace overlooking the countryside. We are 10 minutes drive from Chatsworth, 20 minutes from Bakewell. We are on the edge of the Peak District and rich in choice of walking routes. 4 pubs and 3 restaurants. Sorry, no children under 8.

Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village.
