We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Stepping Stones is a treasure of a home. It’s an authentic colonial era homestead with a lot of amazing history. The grounds and setting are bucolic. We loved feeding the chickens our scraps and collecting fresh eggs. The pool was a delight. There’s so much space for a large gathering of friends and family to feel at home and still each have our own personal space. Be prepared for normal old home quirks like uneven floors and basic bathrooms. But the plumbing works just fine, the kitchen is well equipped, there are ac’s in all the bedrooms to keep things comfortable on hot nights. We didn’t need them most of the time, though. The WiFi is great. Boo is the most welcoming host. 100% would recommend!!!

One of my very best experiences at an AirBnb. Beautiful, clean apartment, can't beat the view and convenience to the beach. I really enjoyed being there in the off-season. I hope I can stay there again.

Our second wintertime stay at Sharon’s, just as the first time it was a nice place to stay and visit the beach.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful house, which comfortably accommodated our group of 11 guests. The stunning views of the York River from the living room were breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The home had everything we could possibly need, and the thoughtful attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of parking on-site, which made coming and going a breeze. Before checking in, we made a stop at the nearby York Harbor Inn on York Street for a quick bite and were delighted by their delicious French onion soup—highly recommend! Plus, the house is just a short 15-20 minute drive to Portsmouth, which was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat in a beautiful location.

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. Can’t wait till next time.

Lauren’s house was the perfect place to stay for Christmas. It had everything we could possibly need and the garage was so convenient. I appreciated the night lights throughout the house. I felt very much at home and would highly recommend staying at Lauren’s!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! This little lake house was exactly what I needed—peaceful, cozy, and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind, drink coffee on the deck, and just soak in the quiet. The house itself was super clean . You can tell the host really puts thought into making guests feel welcome. The customer service was great—good communication, thoughtful touches, and just an overall warm and inviting experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this is it. We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Perfect house to stay in. Plenty of room for the family and so nice to bring the dogs with us! Super close to sunapee and shopping. Vinnie was so wonderful to work with. Very helpful and very responsive. Would totally stay here again!!!

It is beautiful to be able to stay at this house and be near the woods and hiking trails, but at the same time the only minutes away from the beach. The house is beautiful and the porches where our favorite places to listen to birds.

Nancy's home is lovely, the beautiful kitchen and living room were a focal point for my friends and I. The bedrooms were each excellently appointed, the beds large and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Overall, this was a great stay!

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.
