Beautiful, cozy apartment that is part of a beautiful villa. Garden available. The apartment has a sauna and an extensive park nearby. We were beyond satisfied!!

We stayed at Katarina's place for four nights with our two kids and our Golden Retriever. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is very well thought out, it has everything you need. In addition, it is very comfortable with the large sofa. We used the sauna every evening. In summer, the terrace is certainly very nice. The area is great if you like to do a lot outside. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was as in the pictures and everything was a great fit. Perfect for 2 people. The small ski resort there can be reached directly across the meadow by car or by ski. The large ski resort only by car. There are nice cozy restaurants in the area, which are within walking distance. And there is really nothing wrong with the apartment. We felt completely slowed down and very comfortable! Since we were there over Christmas, we were even welcomed with a small fir tree and a nice gift. A really nice touch from the hostess!

We had some very nice days there and felt very comfortable. The complex is newly built and other houses are also being built in the area. Still, it was quiet and relaxing. Thank you so much for having us :-)

The apartment and location are just wonderful! The equipment is very high quality and cozy. Everything is thought out in detail, clean and very pleasant. The host is extremely helpful and proactive accommodating without being intrusive, really super pleasant. The surrounding area offers a lot of nature, with pure air and clear water, a real treat! You can watch the sun rise behind the mountains every day and be in the forest in minutes. Once we could even see deer eating in front of the house. The people in the village are also very friendly and you often go out of an encounter with a smile. It's worth talking to people. We will miss the very good traditional kitchen. All in all we were able to relax very well here and also work well, thanks to fast, reliable internet and practical study. We could not be more satisfied and thank you to Marcin!

Very nice tiny house on a slope surrounded by nature. We really felt very comfortable. Magda is a super hostess and the surroundings leave nothing to be desired for a trip to nature. Absolutely recommended!

We were looking for something quiet for New Year's Eve in a group with dog. Luckily, the whole country was under a frozen layer. Everything looked like in fairytale, white and frosty, for 3 days. We immediately felt at home and the amenities were nice and clean and in the cottage style as we like it. Shopping was possible with the car nearby and the place was super quiet on New Year's Eve. Above the field you could see the other villages at 0:00 am, which was still not too noisy for people and animals (we are coming from the city). Everyone was satisfied, gladly again ❄️✨

The house is well located, you can enter the forest from the garden. Sauna big, nice. Recommended!

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the house. Everything was perfect. A very large and beautiful house with an interesting interior. There were all the amenities: grill, fire pit, terrace and large balcony. The owner even arranged jacuzzi for us which was very pleasant. We will definitely come back here in the summer when we can swim in the pool.

The stay was absolutely great! The check-in went smoothly, and as a pleasant surprise, I was waiting for a parking spot. The apartment was beautifully warm and quiet, which I really enjoyed. Everything worked as it should – the water ran perfectly, hot and cold. The kitchen was well-equipped, as was the bathroom, where everything was available, including various shampoos, shower gels, and a sufficient supply of toilet paper. And as a nice detail, I was delighted with the lollipops, which was a really nice bonus! Plus, you could see that the host thought of details – there were towels, a comfortable bed with clean sheets, and even a welcome coffee tea. Overall a great experience I would definitely recommend!

The kids were excited about the garden, the trampoline, the pool. Nice apartment beautifully connected to the garden. We had everything we needed. Dear hosts. Thank you and we recommend.

The place was really cool. There were basic groceries, good kitchen equipment, cutting board reduction, step, (unused potty, high chair and crib) for children shop. The apartment is small, but we comfortably got here at 4. Children appreciated the games that were available. Right next to the house is the ICU and Norma walk 3 minutes away. Dáel is a bakery with a pastry shop, a short walk away is two good restaurants. Parking in a covered parking lot. Possibility to store things in the basement. Blanka was willing and responsive. Thank you so much, and we'd love to come back on our next trip to Harrachov.

The apartment is very tasteful and nicely furnished. The apartment has everything a person needs and I would reiterate that it is also perfectly equipped. Communication went quickly and nicely. The apartment is quiet, well located, only it is 4 floor. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't see it as a ticket.

Perfect place to stay for a ski holiday! The location could not be better – right in the ski resort, so you can start directly on the slopes in the morning. The property was clean, cozy, and well appointed. After a long day in the snow, you could relax wonderfully here. The host was very friendly and helpful. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was clean and very modern. It felt very comfortable. We were able to enjoy our week there very much. Thank you! The only minor point of criticism: At least you could have responded to our message or request. Even if the answer was "no", it would be ok. Or if you said in retrospect you missed the message, it would be ok as well. However, no one likes to be ignored. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend both the accommodation and Monika as a host.

Super nice place for a family of 4. There was also a sofa bed, for 2 more guests. Great balcony overlooking mountains. Clean and tidy. No noise and noise. Easy to get to the ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend the place and the place. We'd love to come again.
