We start the lesson with an introduction to the best classroom in the world, the beach! I've been teaching on this beach for many years and would love the chance to show you why its one of my favourites in Cornwall. Your safety is our priority so before we go surfing a full water safety briefing will take place. You'll learn about the equipment used in surfing and then will be taught how to paddle, catch waves and stand up for the first time, theres no better feeling! The aim of the first lesson is to teach you the basics of surfing and hopefully get you standing up, but as long as you have a smile on your face when we're finished then thats all that really matters. Other things to note Our lessons run daily on a max ratio of 8:1 surfers to instructor. We also offer private lessons and discounts to groups & families :)
