House vacation rentals in Diemelsee

We spent our girls weekend at the property and were completely satisfied. Sauna and hot tub were absolutely sufficient for the few days and to just switch off a little. We noticed a few small deficiencies that we told Steffi on departure - for example that the knives are no longer sharp - and she was grateful for our feedback. After all, it can only change something through such feedback. Our hair dryer was broken and after a few hours we received a new one so all in all a great, quiet stay and ideal for a few cozy days.

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. We enjoyed the house, activities in the park and the little lake. The house was very comfortable and modern. Perfect stay for 2 families.

Had a great weekend there. One of the best equipped accommodations we've ever been to. With sauna and billiards, you also have great activities there when the weather is not so good.

We celebrated Christmas in this house with the family and it was great. Even the Christmas tree was set up in the house when we arrived It is a nice house with plenty of spacious rooms and plenty of sanitary facilities. We enjoyed both the house and the beautiful surroundings.

Heike and Detlef are very friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment is read on the first floor on the edge of the forest as described in the photos. It is very homely and cozily furnished and we (me and my two children 17 and 11) really lacked nothing from the furnishings and kitchen utensils - at most a dishwasher. The bathroom is out of the apartment door - directly to the next door - in the hallway, but we found that completely problem-free. If you are looking for nature, peace and extremely nice landlords, you are in good hands here. There are enough excursion destinations for 2 weeks stay within 20 kilometers. We will definitely come back again in the summer!

The property is wonderfully located on a slope and offers a great starting point for hikes. We especially enjoyed the large play barn with ping pong table and air hockey. Also to be highlighted are the new mattresses and the feeling that a lot of love was put into the house and the amenities here. We had a wonderful weekend at Ferienhaus Grimme.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has everything you need for a short trip. The coordination with Jan was totally easy and the check-in is very flexible. Thank you!

It was all in all very nice! A great and incredibly quiet place to unwind. The trails around it are recommended. Jakob and Elena have decorated the house very lovingly and it is well maintained. We would definitely come again.

Our stay at this Airbnb house was fantastic! The house was clean, stylishly furnished, and provided all the necessary amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the location perfect - quiet but close to everything important. The host was kind. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. Nice house old from the outside but nice from the inside

Thomas’s place is located in the quiet countryside not too far away from a major city. The place was nice and tidy. The host was very responsive and polite. Thank you for a nice stay.

Beautiful cottage right in the rolling wooded landscape. Cottage is neat, everything is present and a particularly friendly host.

We were there with 4 people and a toddler. Crib/high chair and child lock in the sockets were provided. We really liked it. It was all very lovingly decorated. The kitchen was super equipped and invited you to cook. Marburg is 15 minutes away by car and worth a trip.

Exactly what we wanted. A quiet weekend in nature. Due accommodation is very bright, which we enjoyed very much. The beautiful terrace overlooking the valley. Martina has been thinking a lot about the amenities. The toaster is right by the breakfast table. Also charging options for mobile phones. The kitchen is well equipped. Rapeseed oil, vinegar, spices... everything there. Martina even thought of the dog. Bowls and towels were available. Great! A small challenge was the steep stairs to the upper floor. But that was also possible. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you.

We visited Melanie in the "Second Home" with our dog Gypsy and my parents. And that's exactly how it felt to us, like a home away from home! ☺️ There was everything we needed for cooking, sauna and just to linger. All around, the very relaxing days at the Diemelsee let us come down, especially because we needed a bit of retreat and relaxation over the carnival days.
