Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom. Enclosed and private garden with deckchairs and garden furniture, barbecue. Secure parking in the yard for cars. Secure garage possible for 2 motorcycles. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided. Hiking guides available.

You will enjoy the beach 50 m away and the stunning view of the plain immortalized by Claude Monet with his famous painting "La Gare Monet" painted during his stays in Pourville cf photo view of the house. You can also enjoy oysters with friends and family in front of the house. The green bike path "Vélo Route du Lin" will allow you to discover the hinterland. The GR21 will take you hiking on the heights of the coastal cliffs.

Quietly, on the heights of Pourville, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, house comprising a living room (access to the 2 terraces) with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge) sitting area with wood stove. 2 bedrooms ( one with a bed of 180 can be transformed into 2 beds of 90, the other with a bed of 140) a shower room (basin, towel dryer), separate toilet.

MY LITTLE NEUVILLAISE

This small house is ideal for couples, solo travelers, families with or without children. (small bathroom) Furry friends are allowed, but not allowed in the bedroom area (upper floor). The cottage must be returned clean, floors,toilets clean, dishes washed and stored, trash cans emptied, linen used grouped. you can choose to meet these conditions, or pay the cleaning fees on site 30€
