Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. The Bread Oven

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Garden furniture, BBQ, private parking, firewood included Note: another cottage, the Stone House, is 100 m away

Seafront house

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

THE CORN EXCHANGE

Architect's house for 4 guests, a short walk to the beach (direct seafront access), offering beautiful amenities. This unique exceptional place has retained all its charm: authenticity of old materials (flint, chalk, brick) and high quality renovation Its elegant decor gives it a unique character in Dieppe. Bike storage available for you! Located near the Casino and the Thalasso, the house is protected from noise (enjoyment of a courtyard at the front).

La Maison des Vacances, a stone's throw from the sea.

Come and stay in our country house, former Norman building completely renovated in 2022, located on a large wooded and enclosed plot of 2000 m2. Very comfortable and warm, it consists of a large living room of 60 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. You will enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and umbrella. Ideally located 3 minutes from Pourville-sur-Mer beach and less than 2 hours from Paris.

Sea view and direct beach access. Purified, the hut will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to relax alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply experiencing nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets we don't go through with it anymore. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant also in the middle of winter.

Half-timbered house comprising: On the ground floor: a main room with open kitchen, dining room with wood-burning stove, wood provided, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom. Enclosed and private garden with deckchairs and garden furniture, barbecue. Secure parking in the yard for cars. Secure garage possible for 2 motorcycles. Old refurbished photo workshop of 90 m2 offering a high ceiling and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Quietly, on the heights of Pourville, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, house comprising a living room (access to the 2 terraces) with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge) sitting area with wood stove. 2 bedrooms ( one with a bed of 180 can be transformed into 2 beds of 90, the other with a bed of 140) a shower room (basin, towel dryer), separate toilet.

MY LITTLE NEUVILLAISE

This small house is ideal for couples, solo travelers, families with or without children. (small bathroom) Furry friends are allowed, but not allowed in the bedroom area (upper floor). The cottage must be returned clean, floors,toilets clean, dishes washed and stored, trash cans emptied, linen used grouped. you can choose to meet these conditions, or pay the cleaning fees on site 30€
