Welcome to our modern maisonette flat! The house was built in 2023 and we have furnished the flat with great attention to detail in a cosy and functional way. The beautiful garden flat offers space for 6 people. Your parking space is right in front. On the ground floor you will find a modern eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom for two people. Two further cosy bedrooms for two people each are located in the basement.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A shared garden with barbecue can be used. Your car is on the premises. Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house.
