Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Washington

As a longtime AirBNB er, I can say that this is tops in the field. They prepared breakfasts that were over the top and delicious! The space is very comfortable, their communication is excellent and their local expertise makes for a wonderful experience. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Gary’s place was in a great location with quick access to public transport. He was very friendly and was very flexible with our check in and out process. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I ever make it back to DC!

Nice place to stay for a few days

This stay was one of my favourite AirBnB experiences. The accomodation is lovely and gorgeous but the highlight was the people! It felt like visiting family - it was genuinely as if I was visiting my favourite uncle getting to share stories and opinions in a non judgemental space. Phil is himself a hidden DC gem! I would recommend this place if you are visiting Washington for any occasion. I will definitely be going back!

The place was amazing, the decorum was impressive and a lot of love was poured into it. The breakfasts were great and helped get our day started. A metro station very close by made getting around the city much easier, and there was lots within walkable distance. Gary was a warm and welcoming host!

We had a lovely time! We rode the GAP and C&O Canal trails and ended in Georgetown - this was so close to Mile marker 0 and has a LOVELY French restaurant next door. We were able to celebrate our accomplishment (and my birthday) in a truly special way. Thanks again for having us!

We love this gem of an inn in Dupont! The Swann house is chicly decorated and perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. Breakfast was delightful and it was lovely to meet others who were also seeking a unique experience in DC. The metro is a convenient 8 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk. Our room on the third floor was quiet and so very comfortable. It rained during our stay and we were excited to skip out on our museum plans and come back to the room/house to cozy up. Christine is an exceptional hostess and we feel very grateful to have found the Swann House. See you soon!

The place was quiet and nice to stay at! Ruben was very hospitable along with his son! We had the best time with cleo chilling with is throughout the trip ♡ The room was what was said in the listing. It was large and comfortable and also the bathroom was large and accessible.
