Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Lovely renovated old house with plenty of character. Host was receptive and very helpful. Property was easy walking distance to the Metro, Union market and shopping. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend the property.

We had a wonderful stay here for our first trip to D.C. as a family. I can't say enough about the location of Aaron's home. It really is just steps from the grounds of the Capitol, which we loved. Despite the proximity to the Capitol, we found the area to be very quiet and private. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

James is a great host. He is responsive and proactive. The home is warm and spacious and we would love to return

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Visited DC from April 2-6 with my daughter for her 30th birthday. We had a great stay in Adriel’s lovely space with everything we needed. Perfect for 2 or 3 guests. Our host had excellent communication and the check in process was smooth. We were in an adorable neighborhood, easy spot to catch an Uber or Lyft and not far from attractions. Our last evening during our visit, we sat outside while the sun set sipping wine and chatting and the enclosed space was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. The location was excellent- about a block and a half from the Stadium-Armory metro stop which made it super easy to get to the museums and monuments. The neighborhood and home itself were very quiet and welcoming. We had 3 adults and 1 teenager and this was the perfect space for us to hang out after a long day of sight seeing. We enjoyed having the kitchen so we could cook some meals at home. The washer/dryer was also convenient to have. We also appreciated having the private parking space behind the home. We mostly rode the metro, but liked knowing the car was somewhere safe. Micheal was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

This was an ideal home for our vacation in DC. The location is an easy walk to a Metro station and also quick easy access to all main roads in DC. We had a rental car and loved that it could be parked behind the house, making it quick and easy to return home. Another fun plus was the easy access to the Congressional Cemetery which ended up being a beautiful walk in the spring. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well to eat in, which we did often. DoorDash from the Roost was fast and delicious! Katie and Ryan were excellent hosts, very communicative, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The house was just as pictured, the bathrooms had wonderful showers, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again if ever in DC!

Exactly as described and everything was very clean. Small kitchen and common space - so if you are planning to cook and eat as a group, that will be tough. Plenty of rooms and beds for a big group though. Easy walk to nearby cafe and bikeshare stops.

David's place was extremely clean and well-kept. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of pillows and blankets. David handled any issues we had and made sure we didn't go without.

May has been a lovely host with clear instructions :) the place itself is absolutely great, totally recommend it to anyone visiting DC! Lovely little terrace out back, great equipment in the house, easy parking, and the beds are suuuper comfy!!! The area is great too, very quiet yet close to a lot of cool things like union market and a few minutes drive away from the main monuments and museums. Thanks May!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely townhouse in Washington, DC! The home was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group of six, making it a great option for families or friends traveling together. We used the nearby Metro to visit all the major sites during the day, which was super convenient. In the evenings, we drove to dinner and some attractions, and street parking was surprisingly easy—we always found a spot when we returned. Kaveh and Emma were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location! . Easy walk to the metro and surrounding areas. Traveled with three kids and felt safe both in the house and walking around. Host was really responsive and helpful! House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Thank you so much for the safe and comfortable stay over the past few days. The location is incredibly convenient — within a mile, there are countless restaurants and cafés, and Eastern Market is just a five-minute walk away. On weekends, the nearby fish market is also a great treat.

We took the train down to DC and relied on public transportation during our stay. The house is located between two Metro stations, but both are about a one-mile walk away, which can be inconvenient without a car. You’ll likely need to take a bus (a few blocks from the house) to get to the Metro stations, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to use public transit. That said, the house itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured—spacious enough for four of us, with stylish bathrooms and a very clean, comfortable feel. One thing to note: the basement bedroom does not have any window blinds, which felt a bit unsettling at night. Overall, it’s a very nice house, but I’d recommend considering transportation options ahead of time if you’re not driving.

Fantastic location: a green little oasis within walking distance of the mall and the ward - the street has very low traffic and is lined with huge shady trees, a great place to walk your dog. Also only a few blocks from the subway, a grocery store and a few good places to eat. Super cool house: nice big rooms and lovely views from the front and back - the balcony and back patio are great places to relax between museum excursions. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we came back. Nothing has changed, unfortunately the dishwasher is still broken, even so, we'd love to come back again next year.

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our little family. We traveled with our 4yo and the park across the street was clutch. Walkable to the metro lines.

This place exceeded our expectations by far. Absolutely loads of space for a full family. The pool table an added bonus. The whole place looks recently renovated and all appliances are top grade and working perfectly. Rudolph responded very quickly to any communication we had. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Washington.

So much better than staying in another faceless DC hotel! Charmingly authentic and within a short walk of the Conference center. Not far from all the sights when you tire of the conference. Host very responsive. If you are looking for something different on your next DC trip give this a serious look!

Eugene's place was very clean and the location was great! He was a good host and quick to respond to queries. The house was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. We faced some issues with the microwave (though Eugene provided ample instructions). Great stay overall!

Elliott was very helpful answering my questions and provided suggestions at his initiation for some extra activities in close proximity. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. It perfectly accommodated my husband and I traveling w our daughter and grandson. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed the private patio for dining as the weather was a perfect temperature. So convenient that Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s is a relatively short walk; the close location to Foggy Bottom metro was a huge plus for getting around the city and a short ride from Reagan Airport! Elliott went above and beyond in accommodating us to store luggage allowing our daughter to do more sightseeing before a later in day flight home! Thank you Elliott - we hope to be back!!

We loved staying at Samantha’s row house in Capitol Hill. This house felt new and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There were two coffeemakers, one being Keurig and coffee pods available. There were plenty of spices and oil. Lots of toilet papers, paper towels, Kleenex. Plenty of towels to use. Very comfortable furniture and beds, bedding was super luxurious too. We ate at The Roost twice which is great for families when everyone likes something different. We took Lyft rides everywhere, but you can also use the metro. Samantha was always available and very helpful. Would we come back, absolutely!!!
