Its location can't be beat with ample restaurants, transportation options, and places to explore! The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).

Located in a historic alley, 2-blocks from the metro, within walking distance of the convention center, downtown, City Center, and 14th St corridor. Reach numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities by walking. If you do not want to be out in the city, there is enough room to spread out and relax. There is no parking at the property. No pets.

A cabin in the city! So cute! The building is in our backyard and has private entry, queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. A quiet Capitol Hill neighborhood. Street parking readily available. Wifi. HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Private, unique, light filled carriage house studio, located at historic Eastern Market on Capitol Hill, within walking distance of the Capitol, Supreme Court, Navy Yard and minutes from our many monuments. Entry to the studio is off an alley and the space overlooks the owner’s back yard vegetable garden. Metro is steps away as is the neighborhood's very own Trader Joe's! Mini-house on Capitol Hill! Super clean, fast wifi, fresh linens, fully-equipped kitchen with private patio. We offer a neighborhood parking pass and street parking is easy. Three blocks from metro and 3 bike share stations nearby. Great grocery stores too. Nice Safeway and Trader Joe's within walking distance and a Whole Foods a bit further. Easy walk to Eastern Market too. Great launch spot for all that DC has to offer.

Beautiful Private carriage house bedroom AUPark.

This is a private spacious second floor bedroom in the carriage house with a full bathroom, dining table and closet and brand new mini split AC unit. The first floor has a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, cooktop. coffee machine, refrigerator, countertop oven, and sink. The house is located in the safe and convenient AUPark neighborhood. On site parking is available. We live in the main house.
