Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

This small cottage with country charm with exposed stones, is within the Domaine d 'Empié, designed as a hamlet. It is independent, without shared ownership, with private terrace on the orchard side. In summer, the estate has picnic tables in the woods, a summer lounge, a pétanque court, a laundromat (accessible on request, €5/machine) The 8.75x3.75m pool allows you to relax, cool off in peace. Everything is done to make you feel good, disconnect from your daily life.

Les Brandes is perfect for a complete retreat from the pressure of daily life. Two lovely stone houses and a large heated private pool sit at the end of a track, surrounded by woodland and pasture. The two houses offer great flexibility for a group of family or friends, with space for 9. If you are a smaller group you can rent one cottage for a reduced price (except in July & August). The cottages will never be let independently of each other.

Halfway between the bastide of Monpazier and the famous city of Sarlat, the cottage is ideally placed to offer you the charms of the countryside and the visit of the great sites of Périgord. Surrounded by an orchard, you can enjoy seasonal fruit and eggs from our hens. This is a farm stay with many animals and there is no wifi.

The house is close to our main home but remains totally independent. Available all year. Pets are welcome, including horses that we can accommodate in the meadow with an unfenced shelter.
