All beds are equipped with mattress pads, duvets, and pillows. Bed linen is provided for stays of a minimum of one week. The house has been completely renovated in 2022. Charm, simplicity, comfort, in 20 m2 of independence. For globetrotters: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, griddle, fridge, dishes. No stove or oven. Small wooden terrace overlooking the garden. And the silence. In the quiet of a village, with fields, bike path, forest, sandy beach, sunsets all nearby... About 2 km away, the village and its shops and just a little further, fishing port, restaurants, markets and many activities. And then 700 m away, the ocean.

The house overlooks a wooded enclosed garden with a parking space. There is also a shed at the bottom of the garden to store bikes, beach gear.

Our "new" cottage in a very cozy and zen atmosphere... on the edge of the Vertbois forest, is located about 800 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of L 'île d' Oléron. Studio adjoining our house with private access, small independent enclosed garden with terrace. Ideally located for nature lovers, athletes, surfers ...all comforts with independent underfloor heating. Weekly reservation from Saturday to Saturday, August.

Enjoy with family or friends this charming house of about 100m2 recently built and composed of a large living room, living room and kitchen. Located less than a mile from the beach on one side and less than a kilometer from the big surfaces on the other. It's also a short walk to the forest. The garden of about 900m2 is composed of a swimming pool, a large terrace and a bocce court, all facing south to be able to enjoy the sun all day.

New one-story house in a quiet and bucolic residential village with outdoor space and private garage out of sight. Beach 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Biking trails nearby. Less than 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car: ILEO aquatic center, Intermarché, town center. Native to the island, we can advise you on your outings and activities. PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Furnished 1 star tourist property 400m from the beach , on the garden level ideal for 2 but possible 4 . It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed(changed Dec 2023). You will find a bedroom with storage and a 140 bed. Shower room with wc. On site, free parking and a bike room. Private garden with storage box at your disposal ( sun loungers, beach games...). July-August bookings are Sunday to Sunday .
