Independent entrance that leads to a living room with sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people and television. We rent an accommodation: a main room of 14 m2 includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with a microwave grill, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and 2 electric plates. Dishes and garbage cans are available. An adjoining 4 m2 bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
