Our apartment is on the top floor of a classic Georgian Period townhouse situated in the leafy suburb of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The apartment is close to the RDS, Aviva Stadium, 3Arena, Gaiety Theatre, RHA, National Gallery of Ireland, National Museum of Ireland, Trinity College, Herbert Park, Sandymount Strand and is only a fifteen minute beautiful Georgian stroll to St Stephens Green. There are shops, eateries, pharmacies and pubs just down the road which is less than a five minute walk away.

Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

There is a loft style bedroom, with one small double bed and two small sleeper sofas (see photos) in the cosy living and dining area. There is also a fully equipped galley style kitchen and bathroom with electric shower. Parking is available outside the door for one car but everything is in walking distance including the LUAS light rail green line and several bus routes. It is not suitable for children under 12yrs

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.
