Located in a beautiful hilly setting, the house consists of a large living area with an integrated kitchen and a bedroom with a fireplace, both with access to the terrace, two bathrooms, an outdoor terrace and courtyards on both sides. There is also a room with a sauna and elliptical machine. Indoor parking is available. We have always been passionate about animals, and we have dogs, cats, horses and donkeys with us who will welcome you. For this reason, pre-approval is required for parties or other events.

Welcome to our panoramic retreat in the piedmont clouds, with a 10 x 3 mt. pool. Nestled in nature, it is ideal for families and small groups. The apartment is private, but the common areas are shared with the hosts, it has a balcony with a panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a paid electric vehicle charging station. The pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
