Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.
