The studio is suitable for smart working, with an area conceived for it. Please keep in mind that there is no free parking in the neighborhood.

The apartment is divided into 2 spaces: a living room with kitchen and a bedroom. Both overlook a long balcony. Modern and functional furnishings: 4 burners, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV and sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine. Double bedroom with large wardrobe. The area is very convenient for getting to the center of Pavia. Milan ring road 5 km away. Parking is available.

Very quiet. Being on the street floor and in a condominium context, noise is possible

We are situated in a very quiet area ,5 min. far from Ottobiano Motocross Traks and 15min. far from Dorno Motocross Traks. Ours is a spacious, two-storey apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and located in a private courtyard, WI-Fi provided. There's a large Parking lot in front of the entrance. In addition to the motocross tracks , from our place you can easily reach the cities of Milan, Pavia and Alessandria.
