small apartment with 1-2 person bathroom

My accommodation is in Dortmund Wickede, and is located on the city border with Unna. The connection to local road and passenger transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB Stadium) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center Dortmund is 12km, by S-Bahn S4 to stop Stadthaus 12 minutes. Wickede has shopping, dining and breakfast options. My place is nice for couples and solo adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00m, is under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a freestanding bed (see photos).

The hombrucher city centre with coffees, restaurants, ice cream parlours and numerous shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house. Two bicycles are of course also available.

The district at Westfalenpark 2 (BVB/Messe on foot)

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location, within walking distance 10 min to the Westfalenhalle to the football stadium or to the city . A supermarket is close by. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The subway stations are a 2-minute walk away . Free parking is available in front of the house. A parking space in the yard can also be rented. If needed, there is the possibility to rent two bikes to get from A to B even faster.

An entire apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment house on the 3rd upper floor in Borsigplatz (Do.-Stadtmitte). There are many free parking facilities in our street, as well as in the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and superbly accessible by tram or on foot if you feel like defending your legs.
