Boligen er en gammel landsbyskole, som er blevet moderniseret. Huset ligger på en 3.500 m2 stor grund, og har med sine mange højloftede og indbydende rum bevaret sin charme og sit stemningsfulde, oprindelige udtryk. Ud over de over 200 boligkvadratmeter har I tillige adgang til en gammel skolestue, som skal renoveres - den kan dog anvendes til leg og aktiviteter. Der er i boligen brændeovn samt, i TV-stuen (uden dør), en sovesofa, som en del af de angivne sengepladser. Kæledyr er velkomne.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country home. The home is located 20 minutes from Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 30 minutes from the German border. Suitable for everyone, whether it's couples, friends or families. The house is located on a disused property, with its own driveway and outdoor area. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a swing and a sandbox for children. The outdoor area is being improved continuously.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the bathroom at night, but otherwise it's 100% yours.
