The property is just minutes away from all of best shows and attractions. Use of our kayak's and paddle boat at no additional charge. Douglas Lake is a fluctuating lake. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
