Condo vacation rentals in Downtown West, Minneapolis

This was our second time staying at Jean-Claude's and it was really relaxing. It is our Saint Paul home-away-from-home. The apartment has everything you need. The location is near many excellent and convenient restaurants. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I brought my son and his friends to a concert this past weekend, and Jason’s place was perfect for us. He was so friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly be a regular moving forward. Thank you for making this weekend even more memorable! We HIGHLY recommend!

We loved this condo because it was authentically representative of a time so long ago!! Yet out the door was a park with a lake and yummy restaurants

Excellent stay in this perfect 1-bedroom. Host provided great directions, and keypad locks made access easy. The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet, and the off-street parking is a bonus (though street parking seemed plentiful.) Excellent location close to the Minneapolis airport, too.

Jerome and Maria were excellent Hosts. Excellent location very quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. The house is beautiful and very clean and comfortable beds. Will definitely be looking for to staying there again.

Johns place was different in a good way. Being from Texas, this is not my usual type of place and I enjoyed how private both rooms were from each other. The design is beautiful. The place was overall luxurious and elegant. My room mate and I enjoyed our stay here and totally recommend it.

This was our second time booking with Lisa, however for a different unit. Again, it was a great stay. I enjoyed the coziness of this condo and quietness of the neighborhood despite being in the city. She has everything you need for cooking and baking. I work remotely and the internet speed was great. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the on-site laundry too. Everyone was friendly overall!

A beautiful historic neighborhood, 15 min walk to Xcel for hockey. We also walked to breakfast down Selby Ave. Bed was comfy and place was very clean!

The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

Mauro's place was just right for our 5 night stay visiting family in the area. We used the kitchen for breakfast every day and did some cooking too. The heating system worked great and we stayed warm and comfortable inside even though the weather was very cold during our stay. Very convenient to have an assigned parking space behind the building. Mauro was very responsive to our needs. Plus, very clean space with comfortable bed and furnishings. Would stay again when we're back in town.

The Bird House is a fantastic location in the Theater District. If you are going to a show at the Orpheum, State or Pantages this is the place for you. It’s also centrally located for any number of endeavors. The beds were very comfortable and the couch and chairs were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here twice and I have enjoyed my stay each time. It’s very clean, organized, spacious and quiet. They have everything you need whether you’re staying for a short or long period of time. It’s walkable to many restaurants, parks, etc. We will most definitely be back, they are great hosts !

Jenny was a great host. The place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Great location. That was my favorite part about it. Beautiful homes in the neighborhood to check out. We received some snow while I was there and it was really nice to see that the driveway was shoveled immediately. It was a great stay. Only thing I’d mention is if you are over 6’ you will find yourself bending over while in the kitchen (cooking, dishes, food prep, etc.) or in the bathroom (shower).

Great place. Quiet and relaxing. Our first time using Airbnb. Easy for us all to relax and to cook and share meals. Really felt like our home too. Will make Bran our first option when we come back this summer.

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

Great place to stay great area will book again

check in was quick and easy. they were flexible with checkin/checkout. stairs are steep and can get icy during winter. the parking spot was very convenient!

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.
