Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! City center is 10 mins away by train or bus and the airport coach stops nearby. Easy access to many venues is also possible including RDS, AVIVA stadium, 3 Arena and UCD. We are 5km from city centre and buses to the City Centre bus passes every 20 minutes . Walking distance to a sandy beach and St Annes Park. Seafront promenade across the road. We are walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, chemists & restaurants. We have private driveway with parking for 1 or 2 cars. We have long back garden with large deck area. We have deck tables, chairs with seat covers. Adrian and I are a mature couple who are renting out our home while we travel.

This is a lovely bright, spacious mews, tucked away behind the main house, in a peaceful area, with 2 double bedrooms. The location is perfect with the city centre just 7 km away & lots of great shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is free parking in the driveway. Excellent public transport is also only minutes away. The beach is 10 mins walk and there is a spar shop around the corner, where you can hire bikes for €1/hour ( see bleeperactive.com for details )
