Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Relax and unwind at our private, serene getaway located minutes to Norris Lake and near many recreational trails leading to Royal Blue. Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the super sized patio and unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front yard.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Cabin is 1 mile from Flat Hollow Marina and renters can use owners boat slip during their stay! 1 loft bedroom with queen bed and downstairs bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Large outdoor deck overlooking the lake with chairs and an outdoor fire pit and gas grill. Only 13 miles from Tackett Creek ATV Trails.

Welcome to your 100+ year old riding cabin. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home was fully renovated in 2024. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 4 acre property. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
