Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Duino-Aurisina

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

We (2 adults & 2 kids) had a lovely time in San Pietro. We are very familiar with the region but this place was a hidden gem. Perfect for strolls along river Natisone, close to Cividale, very calm and tidy. Lovely house with everything you need, very welcoming hosts. Thank you!

We enjoyed Airbnb very much. Communication was excellent – we received a response within 10 minutes. The property is modernly decorated and stocked with everything you might need. A supermarket can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable so we immediately felt comfortable. The outdoor area was wonderful for relaxing and grilling, with sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. Despite the summer temperatures, the house remained pleasantly cool, and the quiet location contributed to a relaxing stay!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, although it was quiet and noise-free in the city. Screened in from neighbor's view of the garden. Renata and Petra are very accommodating and every compliment on the cleanliness of the house 😊

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Piran and at Milka's. The apartment's location is very convenient, close to the centre, restaurants, supermarket, beaches, but a very quiet neigbourhood at the same time. We were welcomed nicely and got plenty of necessary information. The attic bedroom is not really walkable, so bear that in mind, especially if you are tall. We didn't get an umbrella so couldn't enjoy the balcony very much during the day. On the other hand, Milka was very kind and let us stay in the apartment until 15,30 on the day of our departure.

Had a great time at Apartment Koraljka. The host was super sweet, fluent in several languages and responded to chat messages instantly every single time we texted her. The place is spacious, comfortable and very clean.

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

This is a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and cozy, it has everything you will need with a fully working kitchen. The host was very friendly and available, and made sure we had all the information necessary upon arrival. The apartment has all the amenities described, was very cozy, and did not lack anything. The only difficulty might be with parking if you arrive by car, since Opatija has very few street parking spots available (if you plan to arrive by car, make sure to communicate this to the host, since he may help you upon arrival). Overall a great, comforting stay, and a well deserved 5 stars.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Mojca & Uroš. The apartment is bright, sunny and cozy. The furnishings and inventory are high quality and tasteful. It's just all harmonious, you feel like home. The location of the apartment is very suitable for many activities in the area. Mojca & Uroš are likeable and accommodating hosts. Had a lovely stay here, great location you can walk down soome steps 5 mins go the waterfront either restaurants etc. in Portorose. Or can take the bus that takes 10 mins to Piran! If you have lots of luggage, definitely worth staying here and day tripping into Piran. Peaceful and nice view from the apartment. Owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment itself was really nice, well maintained and clean. Provided a crib and high chair, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and perfect host. We had a few unusual requests and the host's proactive response was above and beyond what is expected. Their inspiration and guidance made the days very special and we strongly recommend this fine location, in fact we hope to be back to enjoy the river and the many beautiful locations close to beautiful small village.

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

The accommodation was exactly as described. The self check-in is super convenient, so you are flexible upon arrival. The location with 5 minutes walking to the beach is great. You just have to keep in mind that you are right in the middle of the action. It can therefore be a little louder in the evening, which personally did not bother us at all. But you are right near some restaurants, supermarkets and the shopping street. For us, the apartment was perfect :)

Beautiful house in an incredible location. So easy to explore the Soca valley from here! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Oton was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a peaceful, beautiful spot to explore the area from.
