Monthly Rentals in Duke University - Main Campus, Durham

Wonderful place and hosts! Angie and Chris’s place was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. They set up a pack n play for us before we arrived and added a stair gate, arrival snacks and kid utensils from their own home for our toddler. This helped make our stay safe and comfortable. Loved that the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, so helpful! We hope to return next year and stay at Angie’s place again!

Very close to duke. Great location. Only negative was — only one bathroom which could be an issue if you have large family. Otherwise really good location and great communication.

Convenient location. No hassle check-in or check-out. The only drawback is that you can hear everything from the apartment above. So, don't plan on sleeping in, unless you wear earplugs.

We LOVED our stay at Paulina's and wish we could've stayed longer. While I wouldn't recommend it for a young child, my child loved the Airbnb and we just had to help with stairs as they're a bit steep and wooden. We all slept SO well after our long day of travel -- this place was just what we needed. Loved being able to step outside in the morning. Our least favorite thing about this place was getting our luggage and belongings up the front steps, so be prepared for that. The bathroom was so nice and bed linens were great quality, which is where most Airbnb's cheap out. 10/10 stay. Wish this place was a little cheaper per night so that we could justify staying longer. But, highly recommend!
