Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown

We had a very short but sweet stay in Baltyboys Lodge B&B. My partner and I were attending a wedding nearby and were very pleased to have found this gem. It has been years since we've stayed in a B&B and Catherine reminded us of what a pleasure good ol Irish hospitality is. Nothing seems like a problem to Catherine when it comes to her guests (even at silly o'clock in the middle of the night) it seems like she goes above and beyond for everybody she welcomes into her home. Cozy, charming, very comfortable and peaceful surroundings that can't be beaten. We will recommend Baltyboys Lodge B&B to anyone visiting the vicinity.

What a beautiful home in such a lovely area. Helen is such a lovely lady and gave us such a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Put the kettle on as soon as we arrived and we enjoyed lovely soda bread and cake. Lovely room , warm comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. We stayed with Bernie and Vincent for two nights. Thanks to her instructions, it was no trouble at all to find this beautiful house in the middle of the Irish countryside (hope I can call it that) Bernie was there when we arrived and she was very welcoming. I felt right at home. Both of them gave us helpful tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious (thank you, Bernie, for the recipe. Cannot wait to try them out myself) The room was spacious and the bathroom clean. I even got to borrow a hairdryer. Thank you, for making our stay in county Wicklow so enjoyable. I hope to return someday (soon).

Had a lovely time, quiet spot but still close to the town and train. Highly recommend!

Staying at Zoe's was perfect so close to the beach for a swim and all the great shops and restaurants. Zoe is incredibly friendly and helpful and can answer any question you might have. The little cabin in the garden was cute and cozy and Zoe left me all kinds of yummy treats to snack for breakfast. I'd definitely stay again, in fact I did ;)

Robbie was friendly and proactive with helping with recommendations for travel and places to visit. Check in was flexible and breakfast was good.

My parents absolutely loved their stay at Alice & Brendan’s while attending a nearby wedding. The hosts went above and beyond — even giving them a lift to the wedding venue, which was incredibly kind. Thank you so much for everything!

Mary and Peter were great hosts for my stay in Dublin. Their B&B was charming and quiet. I enjoyed the provided breakfast in their sunny kitchen. I would highly recommend this place!

Teresa und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele Tipps gegeben und unseren Aufenthalt sehenswerter gemacht. Außerdem wurde uns Angeboten, dass die Handtücher öfter ausgewechselt werden können. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es wurde stets aufgefüllt, wenn was leer wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a great experience. The bathroom was nicely upgraded and the bedroom has excellent linens. Although it is located near many restaurants, we found it to be a quiet bedroom throughout the night. Each morning the host greeted us with breakfast ready; a great start to the day! She also gave us some great restaurant and day trip recommendations too! Fantastic communication and an overall outstanding experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great except for the shower handle, which was broken and it was uncomfortable to take a shower with one hand holding it. The breakfast offered was good and varied. The beds were super comfortable and the location was also great. Jamie usually answered quickly.

Das war mein erster Studienaufenthalt in Dublin. Elvas Unterkunft war sehr angenehm und unweit von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Elva ist sehr freundlich und bietet allmorgendlich ein leckeres kleines Frühstück an. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gareth's. The room and bathroom were both very cozy and thoughtfully decorated and the breakfast not only delicious but also healthy. Though what stood out most, was Gareth's helpful and funny personality. We enjoyed our chats after breakfast. It is located nicely, with a 10 min walk to the closest restaurants and a half hour walk or short bus ride to the center. Gareth was a great advisor for things to do and how to get there.

Overall very good. Close to all amenities. Thought there would be a fry up for breakfast but very nice what was on offer. Would return again.

A beautiful boutique bed and breakfast in a lovely quiet part of Dublin. We were greeted by a very warm welcome from Anne and the staff. We were invited to a much needed pot of tea and home made cookies taken in the beautiful garden, was a tranquil oasis. Our room was spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed. Sadly we were only staying for the one night, we would have like to have stayed longer but commitments dictated otherwise. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aberdeen Lodge as a perfect place to stay when visiting Dublin

Lovely,peaceful setting at top of the house.We had everything we needed and a comfy bed. Zita and her mother Jo were wonderfully warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. Would book again should we be travelling this way again. Great craic and scones.

Deirdre und Peter haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Deidre war immer gut zu erreichen und Peter war zuhause und war mir bei jeglichen Fragen behilflich und hat mir viel über die Umgebung und Irland erzählt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass wir uns wiedersehen!

Na de drukte van Dublin waren we toe aan een paar rustige dagen aan het strand. Het huisje van Katy was precies dat. Er zijn een paar pubs, verder lekker rustig en gemoedelijk. Met de auto rijd je makkelijk naar nabijgelegen stadjes, maar er gaat ook een bus. Katy is erg vriendelijk, haar huisje is daar een reflectie van.
