Beautiful cottage all to yourself in Howth right beside the scenic cliff path. Ideal for couples/small families. Your own place in a lovely part of Howth. Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Walk right or left (5 mins) and you will be on a promenade, each with a different view. Further 5 mins and you will be on Burrow beach, Sutton, Dublin 13 or taking in the view over Dublin Bay at the Marine Hotel. We moved here to get the best of both - coastal living with near/quick/late night public transport to the City and Airport - 20 mins, Howth marina/wkend market/hill/cafes/restaurants & pubs. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

This is a lovely bright, spacious mews, tucked away behind the main house, in a peaceful area, with 2 double bedrooms. The location is perfect with the city centre just 7 km away & lots of great shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is free parking in the driveway.
