Vacation rentals with a firepit in Dundee

We’ve recently returned from a 3 night stay at Pauline’s beautiful house in Monifieth. The property is stunning with everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms were spacious and the open plan living/dining area was perfect. The garden and patio area was great, we spent hours sitting in the sunshine. The location was perfect for us too. Pauline was an exceptional host - friendly, proactive, helpful and made our stay absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning in the near future x

Really lovely property with a high standard of fittings and all the kitchen equipment you could wish for. The garden is a highlight, as is the loft space which is almost a set contained flat.

Had a lovely relaxing few days in the pristine little house right on the edge of Dundee. The house had everything we needed and more. Including a lovely log fire that we used each evening during our stay. The house is set in a beautiful garden and has a little decking area and private seating area. We enjoyed a shot on the pinball machine and arcade machine and listened to some of the music on the jukebox. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We parked the car in the garden for the duration of our stay and took local buses into Dundee and Broughty Ferry from the bus stop just 5 minutes walk away. Enjoyed a visit to the V&A and the Botanical gardens amongst other things. We also had a delicious meal at Tahini in Dundee City center thanks to the recommendation of the owners. All in all a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Looked just like the pictures, great amenities, very comfortable stay. From hairdryer and hair straightener, iron etc. I would definitely stay again!

We had a really lovely stay and the view was so breathtaking that all you wanted to do was look at it. I am a little bit disabled and found the stairs and gradient to garden a bit difficult. It was manageable for me and well worth the effort but people need to be aware of this if they have mobility problems. The fisherman’s cottage was very well equipped with everything you need for cooking the amazing local produce that is available. We loved the local smoked salmon and smokies from Arbroath. It is perfect for staying with well behaved dogs. We didn’t have one but the cottage is very dog friendly. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We had a really wonderful few days in this rustic fisherman’s cottage and will indeed return.

This was, without a doubt, the single best deal I ever found on airbnb. while I was expecting a decent experience, I found that the description did not do this listing justice. Clean, private, and absolutely gorgeous spot. fantastic location and just the loveliest place. Would look for it every time I'm back in Dundee

Excellent place with very good rooms and en suite bathrooms. The rooms on the second level were a bit small but very comfortable. The living area was huge and the kitchen was very well equipped. The hot tub was a great addition and helped us a lot when we returned from golf. The location is very good and an easy 10 min drive to the main part of the city. The drive to St Andrews was very easy and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Cannot fault this place. Perfect home from home. Felt safe and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everything you nee, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Never slept so well. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Perfect hosts. Highly recommend.
