Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dunkerque Centre

We rented Jean Cassien's two apartments for the Spring 2025 ball weekend. In addition to having a great time with friends and being able to enjoy a sumptuous ball, we found these two apartments one above the other extremely convenient, very well appointed and well thought out. The location is perfect and Jean Cassien was very responsive from booking until the end of the weekend which facilitated the organization. I indicate for the benefit of all that Jean Cassien has found the wallet of one of the participants in one of the apartments and has proactively taken the steps to report it to us and that he picks it up.

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious for 6 people (2 adults and 4 children between 3 and 11 years). The location is great - very close to the beach, bakery, restaurants, etc.

This is our 2nd time and definitely not our last. Our stay was a success. 10m from the sand, close to everything. The apartment is well equipped, there are board games and enough to occupy the little ones. The living room is spacious and bright. The only black point of our stay was the dust visible under the beds and on the window shelves. Which woke up our allergies. Except for this small inconvenience that can be easily arranged, it's a good place to live. Self check-in and flexible check-in is a real plus.

Very good address! The accommodation is very well located, 2 minutes from the Kursaal, and 3 minutes from the beach. Comfortable and functional, well equipped, there is even a pleasant garden. Lucie is adaptable and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to Dunkirk alone with my two children (6 and 2 years old) from Alsace and what a good idea! Damien and his wife hosted us so well... they helped me unload/load the car, full of good advice... The apartment close to the sea is beautiful, exemplary cleanliness, well-equipped... Super comfortable bedding. A plus for the small balcony where we spent a few evenings listening to the seagulls and waving to passers-by... precious moments that I will remember for a long time... Very nice house and equipped with everything you need. The beach is within walking distance. Everything as shown in the description and pictures. We will be happy to come back.

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was perfect! Patrick is responsive and caring, he was unable to welcome us in person as he likes to do because of a setback on our side, but he came to see us 1 hour after our arrival to see if we were well settled. The accommodation is spacious and clean. The stairs are a little steep but the ramps on the wall help! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The garden is nice, we were able to enjoy a nice day to make a barbecue. We are delighted with our stay at Patrick's!

My husband and I love Virginie’s beach house. Knowing we can bring our dogs along makes a lovely trip away for us from the UK. The house is lovely and clean and the garden is secure and very peaceful. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s a relaxing break without having to drive anywhere. We definitely recommend to anyone. Look forward to returning soon.

The accommodation is excellent, very clean, very comfortable and warm and has everything you could possibly need, top-of-the range furniture, fittings and linen. Also, very tastefully decorated. Alexandre is a phone call away if needed. There is a very good supply of tourist information available and Alexandre also sent links to other places we might like. He sends a very useful video when you book of the short 2 minute walk from the communal car parking area to the property, very useful since there is no parking or drop-off facility at the house itself. Thoroughly recommended

We loved our family weekend in the Duinenhuisje. Communication with the owner went very smoothly . We were welcomed by the friendly neighbor ( given the owner was absent) and had a tour with all the necessary explanations. The house is cozy, very practically furnished and very neat and the garden is ideal for young and old. The location and the tranquility is also top. It is highly recommended. Certainly subject to repetition.

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

We stayed a few nights in Hélène's lovely apartment. Had a great time. It is cozily furnished and you can enjoy stunning sea views. If you don't like bright lights, bring your own mood lighting. It was very clean. Compliments for the beautiful apartment! Hélène is a nice hostess who responds quickly and adequately. Parking is a bit tricky in the neighborhood. From April to October you can't park in front of the house. Highly recommended to stay here!

Ines' apartment is perfect for a short stay as a family with children, the proximity to the beach and sea are outstanding. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment. The contact with Randy (on site) was always very polite, respectful and helpful.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Isabelle and Alex's apartment in Koksijde. Big plus: the beautiful view from the sixth floor of the sea, the beach and a slice of the dune landscape. The living space is bright and tastefully decorated with an adjoining modern kitchen. All appliances and household appliances are functioning, even the TV with its hundreds of different channels worked right away! The instructions provided by Isabelle and Alex were also very clear. Also interesting was the access to the apartment with an electronic deadbolt. That also went smoothly! In short: It was really enjoyable and Isabelle and Alex's apartment is therefore definitely recommended!!

We had a lovely stay in Delphine's apartment in Nieuwpoort. Beautiful apartment, quiet and yet centrally located, well equipped, smooth and nice communication with Delphine.

We were delighted with our stay. Sophie is the perfect host, very available and kind, all directions received were clear. The apartment is very nice and carefully furnished. It is fully equipped, we did not lack anything, and very convenient. Ideally located, we enjoyed the sea view and the calm. A more than successful stay, we will be back!

Very nice and spacious accommodation for 6 people with beautiful sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, utensils, small and large electric. Rooms are large (the ones for children a little less, but it's not inconvenient), bright and quiet. The bathrooms are a little narrow and less up to date unlike the rest of the apartment, but that didn't bother us. All the facilities of town and beach at your fingertips. The restaurant right next to the apartment is very good. Very responsive hosts.
