Vacation rentals with beach access in Dunkirk

Overall we had a nice stay. Very well located, 5min from the sea on foot. Parking is a big plus because everything is paid around. There are no sheets and towels, I had requested confirmation from the host to be sure so I was able to organize myself, think about it.

very good short stay in Berck. free parking space on the streets right now until the end of April. refurbished home, with brand new furniture and decor. excellent location, very close to the beachfront. the apartment on the top floor makes it possible not to have any noise disturbance above our heads. a slight downside on the common areas of the building: a little old-fashioned ( but we don't live in it) and the smell of cigarettes, especially when you're non-smoking. otherwise great!!!!

Very nice accommodation, well located on the main street and 100m from the beach as the name suggests. The hosts are very responsive and everything is going as planned without surprise!

Accommodation as described, ideally located in relation to the beach (fairly direct access by a long staircase, to go down by a ramp you have to walk a little more), to a good small restaurant (very affordable that offers excellent seafood), to small shops including a bakery. So we definitely recommend it. Only point of attention is only one bathroom with shower but two toilets. So if there are many of you, you have to plan for the shower in the morning.

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped kitchen, good beds and equipped with high chair and cot. The elevator was just a little small for our buggy. Katia's communication was fine. We received clear instructions and tips for restaurants in advance. The location is beautiful, close to the sea and from the window in the living room also a view of the sea!

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Very good stay. The accommodation was very satisfactory with an unobstructed view of the sea. Only small downsides: the bathroom which is not at the height of the rest of the apartment and the dust under the beds. For the rest, it was perfect.

We had a pleasant stay in Ostend with the family. The accommodation is great, well-equipped, quiet and the view is waouhhhhh! You can't get enough of it 😍 It is also very well located next to the city center And the garage is a real plus Laurent is very responsive We recommend ++

We spent 7 very nice days in Cathy's house with our two children (4 and 7 years). The location is great. Relaxed area, across the street it goes directly to the sea via a trail. From the living room you have a great view of the sea and can experience the sunset. It is a few minutes' walk to a Carrefour and bakery. Very nice and relaxed everything. Rd. 5 minutes down the road you come to a beautiful stretch of beach with a small kiosk and a surf school. The house is spacious and extends over three floors (basement, perfect for shoes etc.), living and dining area on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Out the back there is a small garden with a shed where the kids could play. Beds are very comfortable, bedrooms very quiet. Good amenities, including sand toys and umbrella in the basement, kitchen utensils, etc. Check-in via lockbox, very nice communication with Cathy

Exceptional house, welcoming and very well equipped! Wishlist terrace. We were there for a weekend still girlfriends, we were all excited. As read on other reviews, the house / terrace is even better than in the photos. Stephane was very responsive to the organization of check-in and checkout and it's really suitable for our requests, a big thank you!

We just had two wonderful days in Malo les Bains. I hesitated to choose this accommodation for its location on the ground floor but the house is a little away from the dike, very quiet, walkers pass without worrying about "us", which on the other hand enjoys an incredible view of the beach! Very peaceful night, the room overlooking the back of the apartment: no noise! I'm already looking forward to coming back, especially since Martine is an absolutely adorable host.

Well-equipped accommodation (kitchen, bedrooms, internet, furniture). Property located on a quiet street and close to the beach and the dike.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!

Pleasant holiday home, ideally located 2 steps from the beach and shops. The big plus is undeniably the parking. The accommodation was very well equipped with all the basics and much more to get started (dishwasher, oil and vinegar, coffee, sugar etc.). Traveling with a toddler and baby, there was a cot and highchair. Ghislaine has been lovely, smiling, dynamic and considerate. We are won over by this first stay in Bray-Dunes. Thank you!

an address to keep and give to our friends. Very nice apartment and the garage in the basement is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance: beach, rue St Jean, the market.

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

thank you André for allowing us to have a very nice stay in the area, the accommodation is really very well decorated and very cozy, we feel really good and we enjoyed it! small downside if you have to say something, it is missing a large pot in the kitchen equipment, and the size of the sink does not allow you to consider the large kitchen even for two people. but it didn't spoil our very nice stay. Beautiful apartment matches the photos. The views are beautiful. The bedding is extremely good. Beautiful and large shower. Check-in and check-out facilitated by the autonomy of key pickup. We had a great time!

We had a great time at Christian's place, very clean, quiet and functional. It has all the necessary comfort. The location is very nice, close to shops and very nice walks. We will be happy to stay at their place and recommend it without hesitation.
