Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Bergmarie, first mentioned in 1394, was completely renovated in 2024 and combines Allgäu tradition with modern comfort. The apartment "Löwenzahn" offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower/toilet, living-dining area with sofa, TV and equipped kitchen. Direct access to the terrace with open mountain views. The Bergmarie stands for aesthetics, comfort and a feeling of home – a place where tradition remains alive and modern lightness moves in.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If you need a washing machine, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.

We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
