Monthly Rentals in Durango

Very clean and comfortable condo. Very convenient to Purgatory and Durango. Amenities on property were fantastic to include the gym, hot tub and pools. The bed was very comfortable and so was the pullout sofa. Appreciated the great WiFi and smart TV. I overlooked some check in info and called the owner and got a quick response. It’s a great condo and I would definitely come back again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Durango. It is close to activities and restaurants but it is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. Michelle and Evan were very friendly and made it clear we could call if we needed anything. The studio cabin is very homey and there were so many touches that added to the whole experience. There was nothing lacking and more items than are usually included at an AirBnB. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the tv setup was easy to use. It meant a lot to us that we could bring our dog and she loved the walks we took behind the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hope to do so. Enjoyed a long term stay at this comfortable place. Was working remotely; separate room has an office desk with comfortable office chair and Angela even left a desk lamp for me...great internet connection too. Walkable to so great restaurants. Stayed with dogs, close to many walking trails. Very friendly, accommodating and responsive hosts. They cleared the snow after storms, took out trash cans when I forgot and many other proactive things. Was a wonderful stay!!

This was our first stay in an Airbnb and it was a great experience! Everything we needed was avilable. The bungalow was comfortable and cute and had a great patio with a fire pit and grilll with a fantastic view of the mountains! Rachel, our host was super friendly and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. We definitely will be coming back to the bungalow!
