Monthly Rentals in Dureil

The apartment is brand new and very clean with a small courtyard to enjoy a barbecue. The village of Noyen is friendly with the banks of the Sarthe.

This little house was absolutely perfect for us as we were travelling a long distance and needed somewhere to stay late at night, the hosts were fantastic with an extremely easy check in when we arrived, we only stayed 1 night as we were travelling further but I would have loved to stay longer, the house is in a very peaceful area and would make a fantastic base for visiting the area, highly recommended

We spent 4 nights in Julien's home, I was in Sarthe for professional reasons. The neighborhood is nice, nice environment. The free parking in the immediate vicinity is nice. the accommodation is very quiet. the bedding is very comfortable. I just found the shower a little small for our taste, otherwise really nothing to complain about. The little welcome treats are a delicate attention, thank you Julien!
