It is equipped with a hot tub and sauna for wellness and relaxation and is located directly on fields and forests and the Eifel Nature Park with 1000 excursion possibilities (nature/Euregio/cities).

Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.
