Fenced parking, safe place for children, open kitchen with dining room, comfortable large table, fireplace area, exit to the garden. In the garden there is a sauna, fire pit, barbecue, hammock, and trampoline. Every place in the barn has a beautiful view of the trees, sky, mountains and forest. It is an oasis of peace. The horizon of south-facing windows is closed by the unique Stołowe Mountains National Park.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Studio Apartment is an independent, two-story space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and a terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Our Traditional wooden house is situated in the valley of Jeseniky mountains with the picturesque views to its snowy peaks. In the neighborhood are ski slopes, cross country trails and other winter/summer sport centers. In summer, spring and autumn period, guests can combine hiking trips, cycling and swimming in pure water of flooded granite quarries. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
