Beautiful space and great neighborhood! Definitely recommend!!

It was great staying at Kat's place. Her mom and family were awesome. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was great! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! And it's only about 25 mins to Manhattan by train. Train station is about 5 mins walk away. Will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend Kat's place.

It was a nice stay in NY, overall we are satisfied with our time spend in this apartment. Huge advantage is having private yard especially during warm times. Apartment is renovated and everything was brand new. Around the neighborhood there are plenty of stores and restaurants, and 5 min away from the subway station. There was one unpleasant situation caused by noisy neighbor, however it’s a problem of NYC apartments in general, where the host doesn’t have full control of. But the way Michael was communicating was exceptional, that what I call a true professional. Thank you!
